Ahmad Abu Aladas is a Jordanian artist that was
born in Palestine and raised in Kuwait. He is a painter and
calligrapher. He is widely considered as someone that loves to take art
and calligraphy to another level. The depth of detail in his work is
what makes his art original, and gives it its own beauty and
distinction. His mind and personality is what differentiates him as a
person and as an artist.
As a kid, Ahmed used to have a wide imagination in painting and would
draw using his fingers onto an imaginary canvas. That landed him the
nickname “the crazy guy”. Little did they know that this is what started
his artistic ambition and motivated him to become the distinctive artist
he is today.
Ahmed Abu Aladas is also a member of the Arab Formation Artists
Association, and has participated in a number of public and private
exhibitions. Ahmed’s latest work has been driven towards paintings using
Arabic calligraphy with either a person’s name, phrase, poem, Quran, or
Hadeeth. Ahmed is currently married with two sons, and residing in
Kuwait.
